台湾省彰化人，自1949年以来，第一位获东南大学教职的台湾公民。2010年9月迄今为东南大学土木学院建设与房地产系副教授，博士生导师。毕业于台北科技大学土木工程学士，台湾大学土木工程硕士、台湾大学土木工程博士。曾任香港商利比顾问公司台湾分公司估算师、台湾达欣工程股份有限公司工程师、台湾大学博士后研究员。2016年在美国伊利诺伊州立大学香槟分校（UIUC）作访问学者，从事国际高铁工程承包市场相关课题的研究。
