The micro hole self-sealing technology of organic liquid hazardous chemicals storage and transportation device is obtained depends on the research project "Emergency disposal technology of organic liquid hazardous chemicals tank truck leakage based on new polymer absorbent materials" planned by the Ministry of Public Security in 2016. This achievement realizes the self-sealing and blocking in case of micro hole leakage of atmospheric organic liquid hazardous chemicals storage and transportation device, prevents the occurrence of hazardous chemicals leakage, fire, explosion and other accidents, and improves the storage and transportation safety of hazardous chemicals storage and transportation device. The micro hole self-sealing technology of organic liquid hazardous chemicals atmospheric storage and transportation device can automatically seal the leakage of typical organic liquid (such as gasoline) in 0.4 square centimeter hole at place with depth 1m.
The self-sealing technology of small holes in the atmospheric storage and transportation device of organic liquid hazardous chemicals is painted in advance at the position where the atmospheric storage and transportation device of organic liquid hazardous chemicals is prone to leakage and small leakage through spraying and other processes. In case of slight leakage at this position, the technology can absorb the leaked liquid and automatically block the leakage port by using its own volume expansion. This technology greatly improves the intrinsic safety of hazardous chemicals storage and transportation devices and prevents the occurrence of accidents such as leakage, fire and explosion of hazardous chemicals.
