Building automatic sprinkler system
Consider the technical difficulties of the automatic sprinkler system for fighting high stack and elevated warehouse fires, the key technologies such as the impact of the installation of electric heating components on the original dynamic thermal response performance of the sprinkler and the impact on the frame strength have been overcome, and the fusible metal and glass ball active start sprinkler together with electric heating component have been trial manufactured. Based on the simulation analysis of a large number of fire test flow field data and entity verification test, the accurate fire detection and positioning method based on thermal centroid algorithm and the sprinkler active start strategy of ceiling sprinkler protection system which is suitable for long-span space warehouse are studied and established, so as to realize the ultra-early accurate detection and positioning of fire in long-span space warehouse. The intelligent active start system control device has been developed. Combined with the accurate fire detection and positioning algorithm, the active start sprinkler and the effective start strategy of the sprinkler, a precise and efficient sprinkler technology based on active start - PHAST has been formed. Through the full-scale fire test, under the same application conditions, compared with the traditional automatic sprinkler system, the start-up time of PHAST system is increased by more than 50%.
The research on modular protection of Long-span Space Warehouse Based on PHAST system is carried out for the first time in China. Based on the full-scale fire extinguishing test, the engineering application technical requirements of intelligent automatic sprinkler system for large-span space warehouse with maximum clearance height of more than 13.5m or maximum storage height of more than 12.0m are put forward. Compared with the traditional automatic sprinkler system, the protection height of the sprinkler in the shelf and the protection height of the top sprinkler are increased by 100%. When the sprinkler intensity of the ceiling sprinkler remains unchanged, the number of sprinkler openings is reduced by 50% and the water consumption is reduced by 50%. In addition, due to the super early fixed-point start of the nozzle, the burning loss of goods is reduced by more than 76%.

Reliability evaluation technology of automatic sprinkler system based on machine learning
Based on the investigation and data analysis of system failure cases, the influencing factors of the effectiveness of automatic sprinkler system are established, and the reliability evaluation method and model of automatic sprinkler system based on the coupling of multiple failure factors are established through data mining technology, so as to realize the effective evaluation of real-time reliability and availability of traditional automatic sprinkler system. It complements the shortcomings of the current "intelligent fire protection" in terms of insufficient excavation depth and lack of intelligent core ability, so as to provide a reliable decision-making basis for the decision-making level.
