1. The results obtained by all personnel engaged in the laboratory (including permanent staff and floating personnel) during their work belong to the laboratory.
2. After the completion of laboratory research projects undertaken by permanent staff and floating personnel, the laboratory is responsible for inviting experts to conduct appraisal and acceptance, and handling the achievement registration formalities in the laboratory.
3. During the working period of floating personnel in the laboratory, the laboratory shall be responsible for reporting the work and research to its original affiliation. After the completion of their laboratory scientific projects, the laboratory is responsible for inviting experts to conduct appraisal and acceptance.
4. The laboratory will reward excellent achievements every year according to the results appraisal and acceptance opinions, so as to encourage and attract senior researchers inside and outside the university to engage in research work in the laboratory.
5. The laboratory is responsible for filling the scientific research achievements form every year, binding them into volumes and sending them to the reference room and joint laboratory office for archiving.
