1. The laboratory is one of the key organizations that the fire and theft should be prevented for safety. In order to ensure safety and smooth progress of scientific research and eliminate all serious accidents, all personnel of the laboratory should strictly abide by the safety system.
2. The deputy laboratory director who is in charge of safety affairs should be responsible for the equipment and personnel safety in laboratory. A safety team should be established, and the team members are composed of special personnel designated by each research group. The safety team is responsible for regularly checking in laboratory in terms of anti-theft, fire prevention, waterproof, accident prevention and power consumption, and the hidden dangers should be reported to the relevant departments in time.
3. The laboratory applies the leaving registration rules, which is uniformly managed by the laboratory, and each research group is responsible for itself to ensure the safety of the whole laboratory. If there is unusual situation, report it to the laboratory in time. Overtime work at night shall be approved by the research team leader.
4. It is strictly prohibited to place the mobile socket on combustible materials. The use of socket with cross series connection and overloading is strictly prohibited.
5. Each research group shall appoint one person to lock the door every day. When leaving the office, all the indoor equipment, power supply, lights, windows, etc. should be carefully checked, and the laboratory fire safety record form should be carefully filled.
6. All personnel in the laboratory shall consciously save electricity. After work every day, the computer shall be turned off. When there is no body in the office, the lights should be turned off.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the laboratory, and inflammables and dangerous goods are not allowed to be brought in.
8. Anyone who comes into the laboratory must establish safety consciousness first, the person in charge of the experimental project should be fully responsible for the safety of the experiment. There should be safety measures for any test, and there should be safety operation procedures for major equipment.
9. The laboratory and each sub room shall regularly check and supervise the implementation situation of the regulation according to its requirements. The individuals who perform well according to the safety regulations will be praised and rewarded in time. For accidents caused by irresponsible work or non-compliance with operating procedures, the culprit shall be criticized and punished according to the seriousness of the circumstances and the understanding of their mistakes. If necessary, they shall be ordered to compensate for the losses, even be held accountable for legal responsibility.
