Petrochemical intelligent fire supervision and inspection auxiliary system and mobile terminal APP

On the basis of the analysis of the mode and characteristics of fire supervision and inspection, the combination of petrochemical fire supervision and inspection and dynamic comprehensive information of fire risk management is fully embodied in the characteristics of Internet plus and big data, and the deep integration of digital information and petrochemical enterprise's fire supervision and management business is realized. The intelligent fire supervision and inspection auxiliary system of petrochemical industry and mobile terminal APP are developed. Realize classified query of fire hazards, dynamic assessment of fire risk, query and management of fire supervision and inspection contents, etc. The system realizes the multi-level hierarchical structure query and intelligent association analysis of petrochemical fire supervision standards. It includes fire supervision regulations knowledge base, fire supervision standards knowledge base, fire facilities knowledge base, fire supervision equipment knowledge base, petrochemical process and device knowledge base, petrochemical typical equipment and storage tank knowledge base, MSDS database of nearly 3000 hazardous chemicals, common hazardous chemicals accident disposal procedures, etc. It is suitable for fire rescue teams and fire supervisors of petrochemical enterprises to carry out fire supervision and inspection of petrochemical enterprises, realize the deep integration of digital information and fire supervision and management business of petrochemical enterprises, help fire supervisors and inspectors quickly grasp the key points and basis of fire inspection of petrochemical enterprises, and assist in determining whether fire protection is reasonable and compliant, Effectively improve the team's ability to carry out fire supervision and inspection and system knowledge reserve.

Dangerous chemicals comprehensive information database system

    A dynamic, flexible and extensible data processing and analysis method is designed and constructed through "root model-derivative model-production model". Determine the combustion and explosion characteristic elements of each substance based on the possibility and severity of combustion and explosion, and form a unique evaluation technology for combustion and explosion characteristic parameters of different categories of hazardous chemicals. A structured storage model of accident case attributes based on frame representation, a similar case retrieval reasoning model based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis, and an extraction model of accident scenario and emergency disposal data based on data mining are proposed, and an intelligent reasoning decision-making technology method for emergency disposal cases of hazardous chemical accidents is established. The dynamic network mining and intelligent tracking of hazardous chemicals information are realized based on web crawler. Jointly build and form a comprehensive information database of hazardous chemicals, including three professional sub databases: basic information database of hazardous chemicals, combustion and explosion characteristics database, accident case database and network dynamic crawler information system. It covers the basic data of more than 7000 kinds of gas, liquid and solid hazardous chemicals, the combustion and explosion characteristics of key regulated hazardous chemicals, structurally stored accident cases and disposal methods, dynamically mining the number of data information and intelligent analysis, and supporting multi-mode retrieval and query and secondary application development.

Two-dimensional and three-dimensional emergency auxiliary decision-making system based on multi information fusion of accident scene

    This research studies the emergency auxiliary decision-making system composed of human-computer interaction system, spatial database and its management system, model method base and its management system, knowledge base and its management system. Among them, spatial database is a collection of organized and shareable spatial data and attribute data stored in computer. The model and method library mainly includes various petrochemical fire accident effect models, tank farm accident Domino models, fire resource demand models, etc. When a fire accident occurs, the knowledge in the knowledge base and on-site monitoring information are used to comprehensively analyze the accident evolution and situation and the quantitative demand of fire-fighting resources, and the on-site fire-fighting decision-making scheme model is studied. It organically integrates advanced information technology and emergency information resources, integrates fire site monitoring, fire risk dynamic assessment, fire resource demand prediction, dynamic decision-making and other functions, and develops a multi information fusion two-dimensional and three-dimensional emergency auxiliary decision-making system and its corresponding mobile terminal APP.
