The joint laboratory team has developed more than 200 kinds of magnetorheological fluids with different formulations, solved the problem of anti-sedimentation of magnetorheological fluids, and improved their stability and adjustability. The optimal design method of MR damper is developed, the MR damper with damping force amplitude of nearly 50 tons is designed and tested, and the energy dissipation performance and fatigue performance of MR damper are experimentally and theoretically studied. The dynamic analysis method and optimization algorithm of structures with MR damper are studied, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm of MR intelligent control structure is proposed. A new intelligent material magnetorheological elastomer for precision platform isolation and damping is developed. A series of performance tests are carried out on the material. At the same time, a magnetorheological elastomer device for precision platform isolation and mitigation is manufactured. The mechanical model of the device and the dynamic response analysis method of platform are studied.
