1. In order to establish and strengthen academic contacts, expand the popularity of the joint laboratory at home and abroad, broaden professional vision and understand discipline dynamic trends, the laboratory regularly holds academic lecture activities and invites influential experts and scholars to make academic reports.
2. The laboratory encourages academic exchanges among researchers (including teachers and students) in the laboratory, and stipulates to make academic reports, conference presentations, daily academic progress reports or special lectures before and after participating in international conferences.
3. For the experts and scholars invited to the laboratory for academic lectures (except those who have been visitors in the laboratory for a period of time), the laboratory shall uniformly pay the lecture fee.
4. The materials of each academic activity shall be sorted out by the direct contact of the reporter, and shall be uniformly archived and kept by the laboratory for reference and borrowing by the whole laboratory.
5. Measures for awarding excellent teachers and graduate student for excellent research achievements
1). All SCI database included papers with the first affiliation “China-Pakistan Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Smart Disaster Prevention of Major Infrastructures” will be rewarded in cash, 3000 RMB per paper;
2). For the joint construction organization of the laboratory: SCI database included papers with the second affiliation “China-Pakistan Belt and Road Joint Laboratory on Smart Disaster Prevention of Major Infrastructures” will be rewarded by in cash, 1500 RMB per paper;
3). Every year, teachers who have won national, provincial and ministerial scientific and technological achievement awards or invention patents will be rewarded according to the relevant regulations of the University, and priority will be given to recommending and applying for limited scientific research projects and other key laboratory open found in the University;
4). Select several teachers and students with outstanding scientific research achievements every year and support them to participate in high-level academic conferences at home and abroad;
5). The selection shall be organized once a year.
