李明鸿，工学博士，博士后，助理研究员。东南大学本、硕、博毕业，澳大利亚科廷大学访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金项目等科研项目5项，作为骨干成员参加国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。在国内外期刊发表SCI/EI论文20余篇；授权/申请国家专利9项。
