个人简介:

2001年获清华大学水利水电工程专业学士学位,师从岩土力学大师李相崧教授。2003年获香港岩土及地下环境专业协会奖学金,2006年被授予博士学位。先后在香港科技大学、英国诺丁汉大学(合作导师英国皇家工程院院士余海岁教授)任博士后研究员。2010年入选诺丁汉高等研究员(Nottingham Advanced Research Fellow,全球招聘每年五人),2011年始任诺丁汉大学工学院助理教授(终身教职),2016年底至今任东南大学土木学院教授、桥隧与地下工程系系主任澳大利亚蒙纳士大学兼职副教授,被聘为European Journal of Environmental and Civil Engineering(SCI)杂志副主编,Geotechnical Research(ICE)杂志编委,中国岩石力学与工程学会岩体物理数学模拟专业委员会委员、中国国家自然科学基金委澳大利亚研究委员会评审专家。

研究立足于岩土材料的离散性和多相性,以建立具有普适性的跨尺度均匀化理论为基础,发展宏细观土力学这一新兴研究领域聚焦岩土体在复杂长期循环荷载作用下力学特性这一核心科学问题,结合土木学院岩土学科在深水桥梁基础和海洋风电基础等方面的积累推动海洋风电基础设计分析关键技术的发展,服务我国重大基础设施建设的战略需求和飞速发展。

参与欧盟框架计划(FP7MarieCurieITN项目1项,主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项。通过与法国Grenoble IRSTEA研究中心、Norweigien Gteotechnical InstituteNGI)、清华大学、南京水科院等岩土学科一流科研院所的交流互访合作,进一步提升科研竞争力国内国际学术影响力。已在Geotechnique, International Journal of Solids and Structures, ActaMechanics,JEM等国际一流专业期刊发表学术论文20余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者发表论文十余篇,累计严格他引224次,常年为国内外岩土专业期刊审稿。在包括Lorentz Centre WorkshopGordonResearchConference,Particles 2017在内的国际国内颗粒材料、岩土工程领域高端学术会议做大会报告、邀请报告二十余次,受邀到包括英国皇家学院、伦敦大学学院、法国Grenoble IRSTEA研究中心、NGI、香港大学、清华大学、香港科技大学、南京水科院、河海大学、北京交通大学、深圳大学、兰州大学等国内外岩土学科一流科研院所做学术报告十余场,与世界各国的科研机构保持着密切而广泛的实质性合作关系。被聘为European Journal of Environmental and Civil Engineering(SCI)杂志副主编,Geotechnical Research(ICE)杂志编委,中国岩石力学与工程学会岩体物理数学模拟专业委员会委员、中国国家自然科学基金委澳大利亚研究委员会评审专家。常年为国际国内岩土工程核心期刊审稿牵头组织举办了UK GM3 WorkshopNottingham, UK,2015)和the 23rd CSCST-SCI(Nottingham, UK,2016)等会议,担任COGGUS 2等国际会议学术委员会成员。
