潘金龙,男,197610月生,博士、教授、博士生导师。土木工程学院建筑工程系教师。先后主持国家自然科学基金2,外国青年学者基金合作项目1项,江苏省自然科学基金3项,博士点基金(新教师)1项,973重大基础研究计划子课题1项,中冶三五重大专项1项目、十三五国家科技部重点专项子课题1项;参与十二五国家科技支撑计划、江苏省基础研究计划、教育部科学技术研究项目等纵课题若干项。2009年入选东南大学优秀青年教师资助计划,2009年获得Elsevier 2005-2009最佳论文引用奖,2010年入选教育部科技创新团队(成员),2011年入选江苏省“六大人才高峰”计划, 2011年入选江苏省科技创新团队(成员)。2011年获得教育部科技进步一等奖。2012年获得国家科技进步二等奖。2016年获得江苏省杰出青年基金。在国内外核心期刊发表论文70余篇,其中SCI收录论文22篇,EI收录论文40篇,授权发明专利12项,受理国家发明专利8项。2013年、2014年指导学生SRTP获得全国高等学校土木工程专业本科生优秀创新实践成果奖二等奖,2014年指导本科生参加江苏省高校第十一届大学生物理及实验科技作品创新竞赛获得论文类省级二等奖。现为国际混凝土及混凝土结构断裂力学协会(IA-FraMCoS)会员,国际土木工程FRP学会的会员(IIFC), RILEM Technical Committee委员,中国材料学会会员,中国土木工程学会纤维混凝土委员会委员,江苏省复合材料学会结构复合材料委员会委员。
